Job Description

The purpose of this role is to Supervise Valet Bay staff to ensure all vehicles are cleaned and valeted at each AAG site to the highest of standards expected by customers of the Asset Alliance Group.

Carry out staff annual appraisals in line with current years objectives.

Support Sales and Rental team with any day to day requirement.

Drive cost efficiencies where possible through better / more suitable products where possible without affecting the finished product.
 
Key responsibilities
 
  • Plan & distribute Valet Bay / Wash workload in an effective way to maintain maximum throughput of assets.
  • Plan & approve staff annual leave to ensure cover is maintained throughout.
  • Ensure that all staff who report into yourself do so in a smart / efficient way maintaining at all time to current H&S as set out by AAG.
  • Approve & Authorise Valet Bay product spend to ensure suppliers are paid on time.
  • Support all areas of the rental, sales and contract hire business with valeting requirements.
  • Assist with keeping the sales area clean and presentable at all times.
  • Support the marketing team with displays and photo preparation.
  • Carry out on the job training as required.
  • Always conduct themselves using the Asset Alliance Group criteria of Pride, Passion and Promises.
  • Support all other areas of the business wherever possible.
  • Ensure any relevant documentation is completed, filed correctly and up to date.
  • Ensure assets are presented to the highest of standards.
