Our Wealth Planning team delivers flexible and comprehensive financial advice on a range of solutions to meet our clients’ needs and objectives. As the first Private Bank to have achieved Chartered Status, we develop dynamic wealth strategies that serve our clients and their families over generations.

Investment Management

With a portfolio of assets managed by highly experienced professionals, our investment service is designed for outstanding flexibility, offering a comprehensive range of options for short and longer-term investment goals.

Commercial Banking

Our Commercial Banking team provides expertise and experience to high net worth individuals and their families, to meet the day-to-day banking needs of owner-managed and independent businesses.


Our Treasury team offers a portfolio of services, from exchanging currency and providing limit orders, to hedging and forwards.


The Credit Department has ultimate responsibility for all of the Bank’s lending and risk facilities.

Support Teams

Banking Operations

Banking Operations provides crucial support for the business through account opening, payments, cashiering, post, clearing, card transactions.


The Finance Department provides all of the Management Information required to our Executive Committee to support decision making and strategy.

Compliance & Risk

Our Compliance & Risk teams monitor the business through the annual Compliance Monitoring Programme, promote a positive compliance culture and training within the business, advise on regulatory matters, monitor all aspects of financial crime and maintain our key policies.

Change Management

Change Management is responsible for creating and managing strategies aligned to our corporate objectives, business principles and brand values, ensuring the growth and success of Arbuthnot Latham.

Client Service & Marketing

Marketing is responsible for supporting growth, increasing brand awareness and delivering value added service for our clients through social and digital media, design and events, internal and external communications.


HR works in a strategic partnership with the business to deliver a transformational service aligned to our values and strategy and continually strive to engage, motivate, develop and enhance performance of all our staff.


The IT Department is composed of the following three areas that support the business at a rapid pace of change; IT Support Services/Help Desk, Infrastructure and, Application Support.

Credit Operations

Our Credit Operations team provides comprehensive support to the Credit Department and Front Office including origination, documentation, monitoring, control and recovery.

Investment Operations

Our Investment Operations team works in partnership with our Investment Department to enable an outstanding experience for our clients including On Boarding, Transitions and settlement amongst other activities.
