Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supporting Client Management

•      Play a significant part in the service delivery  including the on boarding of new clients, meeting preparation, gathering information, preparing valuations and servicing existing client requests

  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external queries

 

Supporting Projects

•      To be relied upon to support the wider Wealth Planning team’s workload when required

•      To become involved with Wealth Planning or wider business projects where required

 

Organisation

•      Organising, maintaining and co-ordinating diaries for the Wealth Planners (including future planning of meetings, meeting preparation, planning for issues)

 

General Administration

  • Responsible for data entry and keeping client records updated

    •      Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files

•      Assistance in administration of office management tasks

•      Chasing outstanding fees

•      Use of bespoke systems

 

Key interfaces

  • Work closely with the Wealth Planners and the Wealth Planning Executives

  • High Net Worth (HNW) Clients (typically using the phone/email)

  • Private Bankers and Private Banking Executives

  • Investment Management team

  • Compliance

Person Specification

Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous experience in Wealth Planning administration (desirable)

  • Previous experience supporting Wealth Planners is preferred

  • A good understanding of the HNW segment and market

  • Understand the heavily regulated Wealth Planning environment

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion

  • Self-starter who shows initiative and the ability to think ahead. 

  • Objective orientated

  • Organised with excellent attention to detail

  • High competency with Microsoft Office



    Level 4 recognised Wealth Planning qualification, e.g. CII, or working towards (or similar)
